Deepti Agrawal — Executive & Leadership Coach

I've spent much of my career building and leading platform and engineering teams in high-scale, high-accountability environments. Working at the intersection of systems, reliability, and people has shown me that while technology scales through architecture, careers and leadership scale through clarity.

Over the years, I've seen how capable professionals — especially women in technology — often navigate complex expectations, invisible pressures, and pivotal transitions while continuing to deliver at a high level. Supporting that growth more intentionally is what drew me to coaching.

What does a typical coaching engagement look like?

We typically start with a discovery call to explore fit and define your goals. Engagements usually run for 3–6 months, with sessions every 2–3 weeks. Each session is 60 minutes, structured around reflection, strategic thinking, and actionable commitments. We adjust the cadence and focus as needed.

How is coaching different from mentoring or therapy?

Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. Unlike mentoring, I won't tell you what to do — I'll help you discover your own answers. Unlike therapy, we focus on present and future performance rather than exploring past experiences. I'm your thinking partner, not your advisor.

Do I need to be a senior leader to work with you?

No. I work with professionals at different career stages — from senior ICs stepping into management for the first time, to directors, VPs, and high-potential professionals preparing for their next chapter. What matters is that you're at an inflection point and ready to invest in intentional growth.

What can I expect from the discovery call?

The discovery call is a free, no-pressure 30-minute conversation. We'll explore where you are, what you're navigating, what you're hoping to achieve, and whether coaching is the right fit right now. There's no obligation to proceed.

Are sessions conducted in person or virtually?

All sessions are conducted virtually via video call, which means I can work with clients across India and globally. This also makes it easier to maintain consistency around your schedule.

Is everything we discuss confidential?

Absolutely. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the coaching relationship and a core ICF ethical standard. Everything discussed in our sessions remains strictly between us, unless you choose to share it.
